Welcome to the Art Room at Slate Creek Elementary! I am Mrs. Elizabeth (Beth) Burns and I am in my fourth year as art teacher at Slate Creek Elementary. I love teaching art! Our curriculum is based on the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design. I hope you'll check here often throughout the school year to get a glimpse of what our students are creating. Please check out the pages at the left, including the newsletter page, which will be updated monthly throughout the school year. I have also added a "links" page, which will link you to fun art games on the interenet and other places you might find interesting! I would welcome parent volunteers in the art room.
